Back to current releases

Buddy Stuart was active in the 1950's and 60's when the record industry was evolving from the major companies to independent companies. At that time, Buddy Stuart was considered a self-contained artist who wrote, sang and produced his own songs.

For many years, Mr. Stuart's music quietly sat on the shelf in their original tape format in which they were recorded while he produced other artists, many of which went on to successful careers in the music business. Currently, Buddy Stuart has achieved tremendous success by having his songs and recordings featured in various films and television shows. Some of the more notable include the Fox feature film "The Hills Have Eyes", the Lion's Gate film "Fido", the independent films "The Big White" and Starkweather, in addition to the NBC television series "Las Vegas".
